DKF in Action: Aklan Relief Operation

On November 23, 2013, the Dalaw Kalinga Foundation team arrived to the province of Aklan for a relief giving mission.

From the DKF Headquarters at Kalibo City, the team went to the coastal barangays of New Washington where the Typhoon Yolanda (international codename: Haiyan) struck hard.

With the courteous assistance of the Mayor of New Washington, Atty. Edgar Peralta, the DKF mobile relief team managed to serve 500 residents of barangay Fatima, 640 inhabitants in barangay Dumaguit, and 800 beneficiaries in barangay Puis.

It’s not too late to help. Click here.
